Kirsty Park, EDMO Ireland’s Policy Lead, recently made an presentation at the DSA and Platform Regulation conference, held at the University of Amsterdam. Collaborating with Rabhya Mehrotra, their presentation delved into the diverse viewpoints regarding data access under Article 40 of the Digital Services Act (DSA).

The conference was co-organized by the DSA Observatory, the Institute for Information Law (IViR), the research initiative on the Digital Transformation of Decision-Making at the Amsterdam Law School, and the Digital Legal Lab. The latter represents a joint research effort among the law schools of four universities: the University of Amsterdam, Tilburg University, Radboud University, and Maastricht University, showcasing an interdisciplinary approach to exploring digital legal challenges.
