Researchers Ois\u00edn O’Gorman, Ashkan Samali, and Feargal Brown, from Castleknock College, are working on a project to build better tools for detecting AI deepfakes and online disinformation. To deepen their understanding of the topic, they counted on EDMO’s expertise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Their project has since won the Engineers Ireland STEPS Award. Now, to take it further, they need more human input.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
